"I have been a buyer from MWave.com for a very long time and has always been a pleasure. I recently took a bad hard disk drive of seagate 1 TB and the customer service refused to give replacement. They said that I could either get a refund or credit note for the amount. We are not fools to see what happened here, the prices of hard drive have increased substantially and Mwave wants to benefit from that. You don't do that to your regular customers."

You get a little cash back for using them, but what they don't say is how long it takes to get them to process the order (they do a transfer from your bank, and then need to verify your address - each taking a couple days). Anyway, I wish the delay would have been more spelled out on the website. All I'll say is don't do expedited shipping and then do eBillme. "
