"I ordered a bulb for my Mitsubishi DLP TV, the price seemed too good to be true, approximately 2/3 the price of other sites. I received the bulb within 5 days of placing my order. Sadly the bulb lasted all of 2 days. I got a RMA and sent the bulb back 1st class.

That was 2 weeks ago... Have received no word from mwave.com regarding the receipt of the bulb and have sent e-mail requesting status of my return...No reply.

I will be going to my credit card company to try and recoup my losses.


UPDATE: I FINALLY DID GET A NEW BULB...This one lasted a total of 3 weeks...I give up with this company they are selling second sourced parts that are inferior or possibly already bad. Bought a bulb from newegg and it is working like a champ. I will never make a purchase from Mwave again."
