"I ordered a replacement battery for an old Sony Vaio laptop that I wanted to revive and give to my mother-in-law. Mwave had the best combination of price and reputation that I could find. I ordered the battery, very pleased with the price, but was even more pleased when it arrived within a few days. The laptop is now up and running and I have time to prepare it as a Christmas present so she can keep with with grandkids that just moved out of the area. Great company - great prices, great service!!"

"Your online site has has allowed me to find most items I need in one place. Your speed on shipping is a little slow and the cost a little high, but consistant with others in the field. I recommend friends to use your site, since we live in Prescott Arizona, which only has Best Buy or Walmart. You have both beat by a mile.

"I was somewhat disappointed in this about this item. I have purchased several times from mwave and have always been pleased with the quality and price. The first time I replaced the bulb, I purchased a new OEM bulb for about the same price, installed it in the OEM bulb holder, and was done. This time, the replacement bulb assy for my DLP TV would not plug in to the unit. I reinstalled the OEM bulb with no problem. I then opened the bulb holder (VOIDED WARRANTY) and removed the wire connector. The thing went all the way in. After wasting an hour and trying to install replacement bulb in old bulb holder (design of bulb slightly different-wouldn't fit) I discovered that the new holder had an alignment issue. If I forced it up and the ballast housing down, it could be made to align with connector on ballast. So, I reassembled the new part, forced it to align, and powered up unit and it worked. However,I have a bulb assy with no warranty and a cheap replacement bulb...I won't do this again. I could have returned it when it didn't plug in, but would have been without tv for another week. Sometimes I have to learn the hard way. Thanks, Mwave. Just not real happy. "

"Mwave.com is going to give a lot of places a run for there money I got my products prompt and cheap with free shipping. To me it was like having my cake and eating it too. I know one thing there are a select couple websites that I will purchase my electronics and computer parts from this one has just been added and high on the priority list."

"The refurbished TV I purchased was defective. The audio worked but video did not work at all, the screen was blank. Now I am inconvenienced to return the item. Despite this, Mwave customer service was helpful with the return process. The customer service agent is the ONLY reason my rating was not "very dissatisfied"."

"Absolutely horrible. I would never use them again. I was notified a week after the order was placed and confirmed that it was back ordered until December 30. I had already had a phone conversation confirming the necessity of expiated shipping. I think they were using it as a price leader and then could not deliver. I needed the parts in a timely manner as they were being shipped to the Bahamas and of course, this made it impossible to replace on line. "
