"Mwave had listed 2x "Sony VAIO VPCEH13FX/B 15.5" LED Notebook, Core i3 i3-2310M 2.10 GHz, 4GB DDR3, 640GB HDD, DVD-Writer, Intel GMA HD 3000, 802.11b/g/n, Windows 7 Home Premium 64" on eBay. After seeing this I decided to check out their website which also had the laptop at the same price. They had it listed on the website being "IN STOCK" and a person from the billing department called me and verified everything was good. Later, Tanya told me a manager cancelled the orders after discovering a pricing mistake. I asked her where on the website did it state they can cancel people's orders. She looked for 5 mins and realized it wasn't listed anywhere so she said oh it states "All typographical errors are subject to correction." I told her that does not mean cancellation that means corrections. She states that means they can do whatever they want. I asked her to speak to the manager who cancelled my order; she then admits she is the person that cancelled it. So then I ask to speak to someone above her, I believe this was the owner (Sounded Asian but did not catch his name). He tells me they don't have the product on hand and they would have to order it from another warehouse. So basically they lied about having the product on-hand and the pricing mistake is an excuse. The website clearly stated it was on sale and the fact they had the price listed on both the website and eBay tells me that it was not a mistake in pricing. "
