"I have been using Mwave for more than 5 years now and I love it.
While overall prices are not low, their specials and refurbished section are true bargain. And a Customer Service is always friendly and helpfull.

"I have been shopping on-line at Mwave.com for many years, and have probably bought 10 PC's from them. I like to build my PC's from parts I can choose myself, as I am very familiar with them and have my own opinions and priorities about everything inside them. Mwave.com has a tremendous selection allowing me to make informed decisions. Their website makes it easy to look through the alternatives for every component, and make a choice after comparing. (Though I did like the website better before the recent make-over.) They clearly show what is in stock, preventing the ordering of something on back order. Their inventory is always up to date, they don't ship down rev versions. I love the assembly/test option for CPU-Memory-MLB which prevents me from making a mistake in ordering or basic assembly and insures the basic functionality. Finally, I live in Southern Cal, and I can count on their super quick shipment, usually getting my order to me the following day."

"I saw a deal on a 8GB (2x4GB) memory card that I had been looking for in other stores for two days before buying here. It took a while for the package to be shipped (probably because I got free shipping with the deal too) but the package arrived two days before the scheduled delivery date. I am VERY pleased with the purchase. It was the first time I bought from mwave.com, but I will definitely do it again. 5 thumbs up!"

"They emailed me saying I could get an HP web os tablet for a really really good price if I joined their premier buying club. I joined they couldn't/wouldn't honor the deal. Very displeased.
However, they did refund my membership fee.

Also, slow in responding to my emails.

"Part 1: Well, if you want to waste time trying to figure out how the refurb cell phone you just bought is buggered up, get it here. I got a Motorola Z6m and had it activated at Verizon, only to then learn the SD slot was dead. Mwave offered to take it back, knowing full well that the only way to learn the phone was broken was to get it activated. Deactivating isn't worth it.
Part 2: MWave did a very reasonable compromise, and gave me some partial credit so I could get a different phone from them and try to work it while dealing with the one that was buggered up. I have to say that MWave for customer service is good. HOWEVER, you need to be careful with their phones before activating a service, or plan on having two phones so that if the one you get is buggered, you have a backup while MWave offers a refund or replacement.

"They shipped quickly, but the SSD I ordered came DOA. I called customer service and they said that they had five similar complaints today alone. I totally wiped my computer before I found out the drive was bad, so I asked if they would be willing to give me free overnight shipping. Their answer was flat out no. Called Newegg and explained my situation and they gave me overnight shipping free even though they had no responsibility. Clearly I picked the wrong company in the first place."

"Ordered a monitor and had chosen for it to be sent to an address separate from the billing address. Their company policy doesn't allow this unless the address is an authorized billing address on the credit card (Don't have things delivered as a gift, Folks!) Instead of calling or e-mailing to say that they couldn't ship to the chosen address, they sent it to the billing address regardless -- which does me no good.

Called to have it forwarded (before I knew their policy) and they became extremely rude and combative "We're not the ONLY ones who do this!" Not the point -- the point was fixing the delivery. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
