"Everything worked as advertised. Insert HD, plug in usb, go.
However, there is a weird plastic spring box thingy (for lack of a better word) that made it a bit hard and annoying to insert your HD as it took me sometimes as much as 10 tries to insert it. Hard to explain, but it doesn't bother me too much after that.
Another thing is that once it is correctly inserted, there is no way of telling if it is besides moving the hd to see if it is in place or not.
After that the hd sort of rattles in it if you move it around or tilt it.
Other than that, it isn't all that bad. Would give it 3.5 but since I can't I'll bump it to 4"
