He contacted me throughout the process on the phone with any questions and even a few suggestions to make my system even better. He was very helpful. The computer finally arrived, but had been damaged during shipping. I called and was issues a return postage shipping label within about two hours. The computer took about a week to get back to them and then Hector emailed and let me know what was going on and how soon he would have it fixed. About a week later I got it back and it is awesome. I highly recommend the mwave tech - especially Hector."
