"I ordered online and picked up through will-call. The lady who assisted me at the counter was extremely pleasant and friendly to talk with. I ordered a few pieces of jewelry for Mother's Day. Everything (Jewelry and customer service) was nice experience. However, the pearl necklace/bracelt set I bought was so fragile that it broke as it was removed from the bag. I didn't call it in because I have misplaced the receipt and I also don't know how many days I have to make a return/exchange. I usually shop a well known competitor who processes my order the same business day if it's placed before 12 noon their time. I placed my order on a Friday at 3:30 pm. It was not completely processed and shipped until Tuesday. Had the order been processed on the next business day, Monday, I would have received it on Friday. Instead, it didn't ship until Tuesday and I received it the following Monday.

Shipping - 4/5
I chose standard ground shipping, which was delivered by UPS. The price was slightly higher than some competitors because it appears to calculate per product. One major online store I frequent, consolidates shipping on many items, based on weight and/or size. In this case, everything was loosely packed into a large box and filled with shipping peanuts. The box arrived slightly damaged, but the products all survived. Normally, individual products being boxed in retail packaging, that wouldn't be an issue, but I ordered two OEM hard drives in addition to some other items. The hard drives were simply wrapped in bubble wrap and allowed to flop around in the peanuts.

Customer Service - 4/5
I chose to follow up on my order status when it was not processed on Monday and did not ship yet. I chose the "Live Chat" function. However, instead of a live chat over the internet, it turned out to be a simple form which amounted to sending an email to the appropriate support division. No big deal, but having the "chat" window disappear, only to find yourself communicating via email messages was kind of disappointing. The email response arrived quickly and answered my question as well as the associate could.

I would have rated 5/5 had my order been processed more quickly and been packaged in a more appropriately sized box. In the future I will definitely consider mwave.com to compare prices and possibly place future orders."
