"Mwave used to be a reputable electronic online store with good customer satisfaction -- about five years ago. However, to date (2011), I would not recommend buying products from this store. For an item that I never received, I had to call three times requesting a refund. In each case, they agreed after some argument, but never followed through. I eventually purchased the same item from Amazon for half the cost. Further, Mwave does not allow customers to ship to an address other than what is listed on their credit card. They are not forthcoming about this policy upfront--although they argue that they indeed are so. However, the first time I called requesting a refund, the sales person was unaware of this rule of theirs. Thereafter, I had people calling my home leaving messages--flipping their stories back and forth. For the simple item that I purchased, it was not worth the headache. I am a professor at an university. I do not recommend this newer management. The previous management was kinder and customer oriented. These people need to learn or improve their ways of handling the public."

Unfortunatley, full product description did not list necessary information in the same places as it did for other processors they were selling, so even though the socket type was a match, the processor was still not compatible with my motherboard, if they had listed the processor model name like they had on other processors in the same location I would have seen it and known not to order it. I am out 80.00 dollars and the response to my first contact made it obvious they had not even taken the time to read the question because their response made no sense in regard to the question asked. Yes the no-return policy was stated, but in this case their labelling of information of processor type was not even on the same page as it was with other processors they sell, and thus I missed it was one that would not work with my MB."

"I bought a thumb drive, turned out to be defective and had to return for replacement. They verified the return and agreed to send replacement. Fine. But 2 weeks passed. I had to call back to find they did not have it in stock, and were not going to get any more.

So after 1 whole month, and having paid for the return shipping, they just want to refund the original purchase price, but not the shipping I paid, nor would they sell me a similar product unless I were to pay regular price on it.

I lost time, money, and got a sick stomach taking the attitude of these guys. Stay away from them!"
