"Purchased an ATI FirePro Workstation Graphics card. Tried using e-bill me for the first time, then found out that there was only 1 of V5700 graphics card left. It was being discontinued by mwave and that's why the great price. If an order came in before ebillme paid them, then a refund would be issued in 2 to 4 weeks (there is no hold on the product).

If they are not putting the item on hold, then they should either not use ebillme or a disclaimer "this item is not available for ebillme".

Cancelled the ebillme payment then called and used a creditcard. The customer service person who took the creditcard info changed the shipping address to the billing address.

I am in and out all day and there is a school bus stop across the street, so I ALWAYS ship to another address where I know it will be signed for. Packages "grew legs" if they were delivered when I was out and school children came home.

Emailed customer service why the ship to address was changed. They said they didn't do it! Replied back and told them that it was changed, they continued to deny they changed the address and even claimed I did it!

Other than incompetent customer service people, the product was as described and shipped immedately after they confirmed payment.

My HD monitor does not have displayport, so I used the included adapter on the DVI port and used a SVGA cable. Then ordered a Displayport to HDMI cable (from another company).

The videocard seems to working fine, except on one day where the image went crazy. Changed displayport and image cleared up. Contacted AMD/ATI they said switch cable back to original displayport and see if it happened again, but hasn't happened since.

Installed the included video drivers and when the video card restarted, noticed an immediate increase in resolution. There were finer details in the desktop images, which were now crisp and clear, whereas before they were "muted" or "blurred" because the old graphics card did not have the resolution of the V5700.

There was a slight improvement in image when the Displayport to HDMI cable was installed compared to SVGA.

Overall, Great Videocard that is CAD (computer aided design/drafting) approved and is Blu-ray compatable, if you have a blu-ray drive. My monitor is not Blu-ray 3D compatible, so I don't know if this videocard will run Blu-Ray 3D.

As long as you make sure that customer service has the correct address and don't use ebillme, mwave comes through."
