"Most products are good- and good quality - you have the occasional piece of junk/defective on that slips through - when it does MWave takes care of it easily and professionally - on the level of someone like Costco.. which is pretty damn good. Just wish there were no defective items on simple things like Ethernet cables or generic USB flash drives.

It's also a little odd that after getting this request to review them and the product - I could not find which product it was based upon the invoice that was provided - just a note that it was shipped UPS. Very bizarre that the invoice doesn't have an invoice but a shipping notice attached.
