shipping could be improved

"I have ordered multiple times , for multiple boxes of both 30" and 36" length rolls of 20# bond paper.
Had several rolls show up with damaged/squashed cores that were unusable.
These rolls can't be loaded into our machine with squashed cores.
ended up having to throw out 3 rolls due to having damaged (squashed) cores and the rolls not fitting onto spindles.
Also, just about every time I order these rolls, the boxes show up the ends torn open and the rolls falling out of the boxes.
You need to do a better job taping these boxes, or use better quality boxes. The rolls need to fit tight in the boxes to prevent them from being damaged.

"The package had the wrong zip code on it and was not delivered to us. It had the right address, and I have ordered from Mybinding many times before with no problems. When I tracked it, it was marked as delivered. As a matter of fact, there is no such address in the zip code zone that was on the package. I contacted Mybinding and they told me I had to initiate tracking with UPS. The associate that handled the call at Mybinding was very rude. UPS told me the shipper had to start the tracking process to find the package. I still do not have my $444.00 supplies. Mybinding has not even tried to reach out to me to see if the problem had been solved. UPS ask me for the zip code on the package and they assured me there is no such address in the zip code zone. So now the purchase will be disputed with our credit card company. I will no longer do business with a company that does not support repeat customers. I have found a different distributer."

"I ordered from them because they were the only ones actively selling the product I wanted while it was out of stock with everyone else. I thought that meant they had it in stock but it's backordered and they didn't even communicate that to me. I saw it on the packing list of the other thing they shipped."
