"I know with all the products offered, it is hard to be fully versed in them, but when a multihole punch machine indicates it can punch up to 9 holes a call to the rep concurs it only comes with 3 bits so you must purchase any extra, it made sense. What was failed to be seen was that extra bit holders also had to be purchased. Upon receipt of machine a call was made. My Binding site doesn't even indicate it offers extra bits so rep was going to have to contact manufacturer to find out. Why sell a machine that indicates it can punch up to 9 holes at once and yet not offer to sell the extra bit holders (machine only comes with 3). Just a bit frustrating. Support staff was very friendly and is trying to find the answer though."
