"I ordered a laminator that is no longer needed. The product packaging was never open and the product was never used. I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a week to get a Return Merchandise Authorization and mailing label. Finally, after 3 emails to their representative, I was told this afternoon by David Ostby (MyBinding.com):

Well, that certainly is not what their website says about product returns.
I do not know what this company is trying to pull, but I was willing to pay the return postage and the restocking fee. That has changed. I now want them to pay the postage and no restocking fee. This makes me furious.
I would not order from this company again. You should reconsider ordering from them.

"The worst shopping experience of my life. I purchased a desk that was defective. It came in a beat up box which was torn open before it even got to me. After guessing what the problem with the desk was, they decided to mail me a replacement part which never arrived. I finally decided to ask for a refund, which was a bummer because I really wanted the desk to work out. After two months of going back and forth with the company, I finally got my refund. The replacement part never arrived, even though they supposably mailed it weeks before I asked for the refund. Something sketchy seems to be going on at that place. When compared to identical market products "8mil, 1 step, no lamination, floor graphics" There are far superior lower priced per sq ft products such as "panoRama Walk & Wall" that is a true easy to work with 8mil removable rigid Textured Vinyl and bubble free... This SpotOn Floor 200 White Matte 54" x 98' from experience is way over priced and very soft & flimsy in comparison to the more durable and easily reapplied "Panorama Walk & Wall". This "SpotOn Floor 200" also leaves a adhesive residue behind in warm environment application and the "panoRama Walk & Wall" Does not... "SpotOn Floor 200" was correctly priced down around .50c per sq ft when My Binding first introduced the resale of this drytac distributed product. Everyone lost interest after the nearly doubled price hike up to its current .82c per sq ft. No Good!

"Mybinding.com advertised a GBC Velobind Four binding finisher for sale and for delivery by December 1st. I ordered the binder on November 20th. On November 26th, I called for a tracking number and status on shiping and was informed my order would not be shipped until after December 19th. I informed Mybinding that I needed the machine sooner and cancelled the order. They agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund through paypal. As of December 8th I still have not received my refund of over $2500.00. This is not a company that I would give any money to up front as they do not willingly return funds for orders they cannot fulfill. "

"I needed to get a new plastic comb binding machine and I wasn't quite sure where to get one. Luckily, a friend told me about MyBinding.com. I visited their website and was really impressed with the number of machines they had available. All of them were from reputable manufacturers (GBC, Fellowes, etc.) and to my surprise, they were all reasonably priced. (Always a good thing!) I wound up getting one of the new GBC comb binders and I even got free shipping. Their staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I plan on shopping with them again in the future. "
