Because the shipping label did not have the attention name on it, when the order was placed was specific on the shipping address with company name and attention name and address. When question by customer service regarding my address explained to put my address and attention as specified, that was not done.

"I placed an order that was shown to be “in stock.” The shipping time was shown as 4-6 days. After more than a week and no product, I called the company for an estimated delivery date for my purchase. I was then informed that the item was on back order and the company didn’t know when the item would be available. Needless to say, I canceled my order."
