"I placed an order for hot stamping foils almost a month ago. I was asked if they could change my order from one long roll to five smaller rolls that would add up to the same length as my original order. I said it was okay. A week passes by before I finally receive a tracking number. I click on the tracking number and it says it’s been delivered. To somewhere in Oregon. I live in California.
It has now been two weeks. They say that there is a replacement order coming to me, but I have yet to see a new order reflected on my account and there is no tracking number. Customer service has been very short and hasn’t really answered any of my questions.
