"I am disappointed,
not because the service wasn't good - it was,
not because the delivery wasn't fast - it definitely was (5 days, to Sweden),
but because what I ordered was not a good solution to my problems. Quite the opposite, using a microdrive for storage of mp3-songs is a bad option. Although you can store 1 GB of data, the battery life-time is only a couple of hours. Compared to semi-conducting CF-cards, which enables a mp3-player to function for 15-20 hours...
MyDigitalDiscount did not tell me this in advance, instead, I trusted the company to provide good solutions - which I now know is not the case.

The company has request the back code of my credit card for security reason (fraudolent internationals orders). It's very serious. After the order has been processed and shipped the next day with UPS service. I receive the UPS tracking number and i track the ship for the next 3 days. I receive my "X-Drive II" at 2003-12-18 (four days and half from order) and it's good for a transcontinental order. I purchase the item at 60% real price from other vendors in my country. The product as been received with all add-on (travel-bag, user-manual, AC adaptor, CD with drivers, warranty). This company is very good."

"I bought a Vosonic VP300 20 gig unit. After placing the order my wife asked me to order a 32meg SM card. I went back on line but there was no way to amend my order. The site wanted to charge me another 7.50 for handling. I spoke with Matt the next day at MyDigitalDiscount.com and asked if the 32meg card could be added to my order without the extra shipping. He asked me for the order number, checked the quantity on the card and said consider it done. They said to expect it to be delivered on 1/02/04. It arrived 1/31/03.
