"Very, very unsatisfied, the website listed the item as available but it wasn't, took them about a week to ship it, and only after i sent 3 messages asking for answers, waited couple of days and got it, plugged it in and it wouldn't work, went online and got an RMA number, shipped the item back and by 1/14/09 it was delivered. waited 3-4 business days to get an answer and nothing, sent an email and a left a message on the online service and nothing, on 1/27/09 I called them and finally got an answer the guy told me that they had received the item, ( i knew for a week) and told me he was going to put an order to send a replacement, 3 days latter i got it. (after sitting for more than a week on the returned item) I got to say that the reps are very nice but the system is really slow. thankfully the replacement drive works fine. overall I wouldn't recommend their services, far too slow and irresponsible."
