"I ordered a 32GB SSD from them. The drive ended up being bad. It was returned to them on August 21st and I still have not received my replacement drive because it's on back order. No communication from Customer Support at all unless I contacted them first, and they cannot give me a ETA on my drive at all. And when I tried to get a refund they wanted to hit me with a restocking fee, despite all the trouble I've already gone through with them. I will not buy from them again."
