"I was told that my order was makes as fraudulent and they couldn't process my order. I was also then told I needed to buy using PayPal. None of the Information I gave was fraudulent. I double checked the billing address on my card since I had just moved a d it's a new card. The one I gave when I ordered was correct. The VIN number I gave was correct and I was told in the email that it was wrong. I just need the part I ordered so I can get my truck fixed and I'm not left with out a functioning vehicle. I replied and gave my phone number no one has reached out to me. "

"The ordering process was easy and the shipping time and customer service was great! The items were OEM and appeared of good quality. My only issue was packaging. One of my parts was a $154.00 IAC valve that was put in a mailing envelope without any other packing. When I opened the envelope, the box containing the sensor was crushed. The sensor and screws had fallen out of its plastic bag and were loose in the box. As this is a sensitive item, I am hoping it was not damaged. Only time will tell!"

No vin was entered on your order and both seat belts are incorrect for your vin. Once installed, they can only be warrantied for manufacturer defect. But since they are not even correct for your vehicle, they cannot be warrantied against your vin.
