"The chat box is entirely too large and the ability to minimize it to be able to continue making changes when chatting. In addition, the Custom Clip Art Library is not intuitive. There should be an option to change the clip art at the top level of customization, instead of having to de-select an icon in order to change it. Love your signs, I use you often, but the user interface isn't the most user friendly."
