"Kerry Rizzo from myfunkysocks.com is a complete fraud. She will take your money gladly from your account but will not ship the products. Been waiting for two weeks with no communication….I finally tracked her down at her day job: Equinox Southbay, call her there ***-***-****! She actually got on the phone and told me all the reviews written against her were lies. Are they Kerry?! I think not, quick email from her that the package would arrive by tonight….didn’t come. I am disgusted and appauled. How do you sleep at night ripping people off and disappointing children?"
"My was placed on November 8th and supposedly shipped on November 10th, on November 22nd I had still not received my socks nor any response to the multiple emails sent. I contacted the company via their contact us page on their website, I also sent emails to ****@****, & ****@****. In addition to those emails I sent a message to the My Funky Socks Facebook page & also sent a message to Kerry Ann Czaskos Rizzo's Facebook page, again no response. I also tried calling
***-***-**** and also no response. i have initiated a dispute with my credit card company for a refund and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Wish I had done some research prior and saw all these complaints and negative reviews before I placed my order.

"I'm not sure how this company is still in business. Do not order from this company! They will take your money and you will never get your socks! We ordered 11 pair of socks for our daughter's softball team and never received the socks. It's been over a month now. I tried emailing the company and the email came back undeliverable. I tried calling ***-***-**** and nobody ever answers and no return calls. Shady shady shady!!! Sad to see the first category of socks on their website is "Pink" Breast Cancer Awareness socks. They are thieves!!!"

I can not believe there is not a way to shut down this company. I even contacted the better business bureau but no success. They would not respond to them either. I have ordered a star soccer ball which was back ordered and I chose to wait until it is in stock again. Three weeks later I tried to find out the status but did not get a respond back. That was back in September 2015. Since then I have send millions of email...NOTHING back.
Shame on these people....again I can't believe consumers have not a way to shut this company down. They still owe me $30 I have paid for the soccer ball.

I have sent KERRY RIZZO numerous emails with pictures attached showing what she advertises does not match the items sent. She did not even have the courtesy to respond to my concerns. The "softball socks" are definitely not that. They are so thin and tight that the girls will not be able to pull it passed their ankles. "
"I placed an order for 3 pairs of womans medium socks. All 3 received were childrens sized. Owner, Kerry Rizzo, would only offer a store credit. I did not receive what I ordered and therefore should not be subject to a store credit refund policy. Since the owner would not refund my money, I have contacted the better business bureau. Awaiting a response at this time. Beware ordering from this company. Extremely horrible customer service. "
"Do not Order from this company!!!! The US Postal service has a Fraud claim out The code used to find in the Postal inspection service is: MRC 15010. They shipped an empty bag with no socks in it trying to keep my money and the socks i purchased. The debate was resolved thru my bank after about 10 days and i received my money back, it was a long un necessary process i went thru, Buyer beware: check reviews and ratings before purchasing from online stores in this case online scams"
"When i received the confirmation email, it stated the wrong color socks than i had ordered, i tried to email my funky socks and every email address i found came back un delivered, tried calling a million times for 5 days straight, leaving multiple voice mails and never a return call back never did anyone ever answer! This is a scam, what company doesn't have a contact number or email address to get in contact with them!! Worst customer service ever!! Or should i say lack of! I have filed a dispute with paypal and a dispute with my bank, i want my money back so i can use a reputable company who i can actually speak with if any!! NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!! "I was very disappointed with the lack of service provided by myfunkysocks.com. I placed my ordered on November 14. The seller didn't have any problem withdrawing my money from my PayPal account immediately and creating a shipping label, but then sat on my order. I tried to email the seller and never received a response. I ended up asking PayPal to help facilitate. Myfunkysocks eventually sent my order, with no explanation for the delay, no apology. All in all it took about 17 days to receive my order. I wouldn't have had a problem with this if the proper expectation had been set, but all I got was an automated invoice. There was no other communication from the seller, not even a response to my inquiry. USPS tracking only said when a tracking label was created, so I knew something was wrong. I don't normally post feedback like this, but based on the poor communication and customer service, I feel like I should. Buyer beware!!!"
"I am more than satisfied with my order!! I ordered the Breast Cancer Awareness socks for my sons U9 soccer team at the last minute because the boys wanted to support a good cause. I chose standard shipping stating that I was ordering 2 weeks before their first game in October and would LOVE to have the socks before their first game. I received the socks in less than a week however, I ordered the wrong size. I was super stress that we would not get the socks in time!!! My Funky Socks advised me to order by a certain time and they could ship the same day. I did and received the correct socks in 3 days, just in time for the tournament!!! The boys were so excited and the parents were thrilled!!! Thank you so much My Funky Socks! Can't wait to place my next order!!"
