Carat weight didn't match (1/5 carat vs 0.18 carat). Advertising mumbo jumbo aside, it would have been much classier to just tell the truth! Very misleading. This was my first order at MJB and my last. MJB, you need to do better."

"I have two experiences with this vendor. The first was a satisfactory experience. I ordered some earrings from the site as bridesmaids' gifts for my wedding (as some other customers have noted, the site's images are a little misleading regarding the size of the jewelry pieces; however, there are product specs for every jewelry item that enable you to better-understand the size of the piece you are interested in). The product was good but it arrived over a week later than the forecasted shipping date. I complained to MyJewelryBox.com and received an apology but no recompense. Earlier this month, I placed another order and when the jewelry did not arrive on the forecasted date again, I called customer service to receive a revised shipping date. I was informed that my order had not even been dispatched and they had been too busy (in the lead-up to Christmas) to call me to let me know. I was incredibly frustrated by this as I had upgraded my order to express shipping to receive this order quickly (I needed a gift for a bridal shower). I had essentially paid a premium shipping fee to no avail. Again, I received an apology but no other recompense. I was so frustrated by this, I cancelled my order and will NOT be making any more purchases from MyJewelryBox.com again."
