"Well first off the box was nice but once I got inside to give my Girlfriend her necklace it was knotted and man was it a challenge getting it undone with messing it up. Overall I was satisfied and she loved it. By looking at it online the diamonds stood out more online than they do when you actually get it."

It might have been the same ring but my complements to the photographer that picture was not what was in the box when I opened it. And was not the quality that we expected. "Shipped quickly is the only reason this is not a 1 star rating. I could have gotten a better looking pair of diamonds out of a 25cent machine in Pizza Hut. The inclusion is so large, its the focal point of one of the earrings. Clarity Rating of 13 if there was a lower rating it would be a rock which is what i nearly received."

I agreed and was informed I would be upgraded to 2 day shipping at no cost. The CSR was efficient and professional. I was held on the phone for a minimal amount of time.
