"I ordered an engagement ring and wedding band set on 11/20/12. The next day I received an email asking me to contact My Jewelry Box and upon doing so I was informed there was an issue with inventory and both rings could not be shipped at the same time. The representative assured me the engagement ring would arrive in a timely manner. 5 days later I received an email informing me my order had been cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. I called My Jewelry Box and the representative told me my order was cancelled and needed to be processed as 2 separate orders. When I revisited the website to place my order again, the price had increased $500. The representative was unable to explain this and at first she stated I would have to pay the additional amount. After much discussion it was determined that I would not be charged the increased amount and that the engagement ring would arrive on time. It's been 8 days since I originally placed the order, I paid extra money for expedited shipping and I still have nothing. I assume the ring has still not yet been shipped. I had intended to propose to my girlfriend on December 8th (10 days from now). To be completely honest, I am not happy and I hope whoever reads this review forwards it to someone who can ensure this doesn't happen to someone else. "
