"Item arrived right on time, a great experience"

"Ordered "certified" diamond studs for a Christmas gift for my wife. Guaranteed overnight delivery to arrive before Christmas. They arrived two days after Christmas, and were of such obviously terrible color and clarity that it took only one quick look to know they were to be returned. Glass or crystal studs would have looked better, they looked like they were covered with milk. Paid for insured return shipping and waited a month before emailing the company to ask about my refund, which they apparently just weren't going to give me unless I asked. They finally did.

**Edit: Per the company's response below (which only addresses the return period, not the product quality or delivery issues) they claim to have not received the item until Jan. 10th. Even if this were true, the return was not processed until I made the inquiry, at best two weeks after they received the item."

I called back, got the same guy on the phone , and he had one excuse after another why it got there late. He would not refund the shipping costs. I asked for a supervisor and he hung up on me. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. The necklace arrived on the 21st..so 6 days later.
