"Don't yet have the item. Ordered on dec 21 received a call on dec 30 saying item would not be in canadian warehouse until jan 3. Other items ordered online at the same time were delivered on dec 30. As it stands you will miss Xmas, new years and Ukrainian Xmas delivery. Btw - your website says it is still in transit to Canadian warehouse. Since I don't have the item yet and can't even rate if the item quality is worthy or it lives up to expectation. This was my first time ordering from you and may be the only time given the experience to date. I've wondered if you have even lost it. I really don't know what to say but it has been greatly disappointing so far.
