"I ordered my ring with Express shipping so I could get it by a certain date. Almost a week had passed and it had not been shipped out, so I contacted customer service, and they told me they would ship it out overnight. The next day, it was shipped out with the original Express shipping, so I contacted them again and they said they would notify Fedex to intercept and make sure it was sent overnight. Took two more days before it arrived, way past the date I needed it by. The ring was much, much thinner than its online description of 1/5" inch. Very disappointing experience all around. "
