"Wow, why is there no option for zero stars? I ordered a pair of gold earrings for a Christmas present on Dec 2, understanding that it would take an extra 6-9 days for the package to come to Canada. After still having not received a shipping notification, I called a few days later and spoke with Kayla, who "guaranteed" that the earrings would get to me by the 22nd (when I needed them by). She was going to make a note with the people doing the shipping, and a note in her "own personal book", and promised to notify me if anything would not work out. I had still not heard anything by the 13th, so I called again and spoke with Laura. I was then informed, after she spoke with her manager, that the earrings would NOT make it to me by the 22nd, but I had the option of paying more (!?!?!?) to have the package expedited. I'm sorry, but after being "guaranteed" that my pack age would be here on time, this really made me upset. I instead asked for a refund. I then wrote about my situation to customer service, which says to expect a response in 24-48 hours. No response received thus far. Today, on Dec 17, I received a shipping notice!! I called once again, and spoke with the manager, Tony. Apparently I had "fallen through the cracks". I see how that expression could be used if there had just been the initial "mistake" with Kayla, but then my refund was ignored, and then my customer service letter somehow got missed (they found it while I was on the phone with them). I just received a notification that my order will be refunded, but I have to wait 10 days for the money to be returned. I am so beyond upset/exasperated with this company. I have never encountered such horrible customer service in my life. I am certainly hoping that this review will not "go missing" as well. I will never again shop with this company, and I will have no problems expressing my dissatisfaction with anyone who asks."
