"My order was placed on November 28/13 and appeared on my Visa the next day. When it had not been shipped by December 10 I inquired and received assurances it would be done that day. The same response the next day. Concerns about arrival before Xmas caused me to phone them. Same response. On Dec 13 I received confirmation the item would be shipped. Since I live in Canada I have concerns it will arrive before Xmas. I was disappointed and concerned by their lack of candour and would never deal with them again."
