"My order has been placed since 12/01/13 and have yet to receive any notification regarding my shipment. Sent email received a response that my item would be shipped a week ago , have sent 2 other emails with NO response regarding my shipment . The order status is still the same as it has been since placed , no email saying the item has shipped. NOTHING!!! Not very happy and will never use or refer anyone to this site! This is a Christmas gift and at this point I surely hope I receive it by then !"

"The shipping time on the ring was way way way longer than promised on the internet. Today is the 16th and we still are waiting for the ring. Hopefully it gets here before Christmas. I understand that everything is busier this time of year so I will keep waiting. I will not be very happy is the ring doesn't arrive before Christmas though."
