"The ring was a lot smaller in person then what it showed on your web sight. You should show the actual size of the ring and not in-large it this way people know what the actual ring looks like before they decide to order it. Was very disappointed when we received the ring. I do however think you should show the rings on a women's hand so they have a idea of what the ring will look like on themselves."

"I placed my order and selected "next day shipping" -- the text informed me that my order would be "processed" the same-day, as I was ordering in the morning, and that I could expect the package in "1-2 business days." Great, I thought.
When I did not receive a confirmation email from My Jewelry Box within 24 hours (but my credit card had, of course, been deducted), I called to see what was wrong. It turns out that "next day shipping," in the parlance of My Jewelry Box, means "we'll ship it the day after we get it into our distribution center, which can take a week." They told me to expect the package in 4 to 5 further business days.
As I'd paid almost $20 for "next day shipping," I thought I'd been misled, and said so. No apology or offer to refund my shipping fee was forthcoming. I asked for my fee to be waived, given the disparity between the advertized "1-2 business days" and the actual "5-6" business days the shipping would take. I was told I could still select a slower option in order to pay less, but that if I did so, the shipment would come still later.
I said that if my order was not shipped as promised, or my shipping fee waived, I would cancel my order and buy from another provider. I was told there was no authority to do that. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I was already speaking to the manager. I asked if he really wanted to lose the sale over this -- he said "I don't care either way."
I cancelled the purchase, and watched my credit card online like a hawk until the money came back in.
I won't be doing business with them again, and recommend others avoid them as well.
I see I have received a public comment from the store below, alerting me that there were various provisos on the website as to "special items" and "out of stock" items shipping in longer periods. This is true, and indeed is what the customer support person advised me at the time (his exact words were "Well, technically"). However the item was no designated as out of stock or a special item, and nothing about those designations excuses the failure to send a confirmation email with my order -- a failure I note is observed frequently in other one-star reviews for this seller."
