In this day and age, I find it hard to believe that there are not more effective inventory tracking systems that allow you a real time listing of items on hand. That being said, my credit card was immediately charged; however, the refund took a little longer. On top of it all, I lost out on close to $20.00 thanks to the exchange rate. I am happy to know that I donated funds to the company. I did send an email in with no response. Will never shop here again!"
