"Very very very unprofessional company. I ordered a heart shaped pendant for my USA based girlfriend by using my Visa International Debit card issued to me by Axis bank in India. myjewelrybox.com charged me $64.95 right away from the above said debit card. Then they sent me an email telling me my order has been cancelled telling me I paid with an international debit card.

I was shocked and irritated reading this. No where in their website myjewelrybox.com has written that they don't accept payment from outside USA. There are some very professional online retailers where when someone puts a debit card/credit card to make a purchase they are told right away their card is not supported. They never charge the card.

But here neither it was mentioned in the website by myjewelrybox.com that it doesn't accept payment outside from USA nor their payment page declined payment made through a card outside from USA. Instead myjewelrybox.com first took my money from my card then cancelled my order telling me they don't process order from outside USA.

What's even worse is that they are yet to send me the money. They are blaming my bank that its not processing the money back into my card. But I have talked with my bank and its card department. They clearly told me no money has been reversed back to my visa debit card by myjewelrybox.com.

I have purchased many items using the same visa card from USA retailers like Amazon USA and Target.com and never had any issue with them.

Pleas make sure myjewelrybox.com sends back my money immediately or else I would lodge a legal complaint against them.
