"Have already called company and expressed my dissatisfaction. My purchase was listed as offering free shipping and when I checked out on the purchase, I was charged shipping. Also, the necklace was listed as having a lobster clasp and when it arrived, it has a spring clasp -- I purchased that particular one because of the lobster clasp.The person I spoke with in customer service stated he would reimburse me shipping costs, however, a week later, that amount has not been credited to my card. As a new customer, I would have thought with two errors on my first order, something more would be offered to me. Still waiting for shipping reimbursement and/or other compensation. Thank you. "

"I placed a gift order and realized it was shipping to the wrong address. I called My Jewelry Box, and they were very helpful in ensuring that my gift went to the correct address. I also got a small refund in the shipping! Since I was able to go onto the fed-ex website and track the shipment, that was helpful, but odd that the package had to go from one state to the next, and back to the first state in order to get shipped.
