"The ring is nice for the price. I did attempt to exchange it for a different size. I called customer service and the person who answered the phone told me he would take care of the exchange.
I never got an email saying the ring had shipped and became concerned. My second call to customer service resulted in the ring being shipped today. I did get an email regarding same yesterday. The last representative was very courteous. I think this was an oversight on behalf of the first rep."
