"I wish I would've checked these reviews before I ordered! My order was placed on Sept. 29 2015. After waiting 2 weeks I sent an email to find out why it hadn't shipped yet. Two days later I called them and the number kept ringing and just disconnected. From now on I wil first call and make sure it's a legitimate company. Do not order from them!

"Majorly disappointed!
Placed order on 5/5/15, they took payment via PayPal immediately, yet they never sent tracking info. I logged in a week later and see the item hasn't even shipped yet. There is no tracking info, it just says "NOT SHIPPED". I called the My Salon Brand number provided, and it just rang and rang until it disconnected. Not happy, I expected my product by now, and it hasn't even shipped. Amazon was a about 10% more, but at least I know I would get it.

"Placed an order on 9/2/14 I was charged ordered 2 bottles and charged $35.80. Tried calling today to see why I had not received my order 10/9/14. Phone number has been disconnected and no customer service contact to be able to email them. Not impressed DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM."

"They will steal your money, not return your emails and the phone number is disconnected. On July 19 I ordered 2 bottles of hair dye at about $45 each. On July 30th it was shipped and billed for the 2 bottles. On august 1st I was billed again for one bottle. On august 2nd I received my package of only 2 bottle of dye. My order was incorrect (only receiving 1 bottle) and I was billed for 2 more than I actually received. Assuming it was an honest mistake I contacted the company august 2nd via email. It is almost a week later and I still haven't heard from the company. I tried calling the number listed on their website and it has been disconnected. This is not a reputable company. Do not trust them. "

"I was sent 582.50$ worth of damaged tampered with product, I was told by a customer service rep, I would be fully refunded minus 6.50 shipping, I was only refunded 460.80 It cost me 27$ to return the product,the owner FRANK said he deducted a 20% restocking fee, the product was returned because they tampered with it, scratched out all batch numbers, no way to even confirm the product was authentic,the batch numbers are not meant to be removed from product!He stated he did it so they would not be traced back to him, very questionable behavior! He ownes multiple web store, Shampooline is one , 3 rip off reports found, Buyer beware, poor ratings, items not instock & keeping customers money after the product was returned to them, Extremely questional buisness!!He is also very rude to customers. Just to add on 03/16 the owner Frank said I would be refunded the difference of 115.20 & send a email confirming it, as of 03/20 this still has not been done, they are very dishonest & down rite ripping off consumers their other websites are Kerastaseonline, Shampooline, Salonbrandonline,sunglassesonline these are just a few & he owns them all, BEWARE of these sites"

"Do NOT shop with this company. I ordered a Paul Mitchell product. There was no indication when I placed the order that the product was back-ordered, and in fact I only found that out when I called several days later to get my order status. I have called them twice and was told the product was due in "in a day or two". But here I am a month later with no product. I have just sent an email canceling my order."

"I ordered a hot air curling wand from mysalonbrand.com. After a week, I asked about the delivery. No response. After two weeks, I asked. To date (now over three weeks from the order) no response. I emailed a cancellation because no one answered the phone when I called. This is a shadow vendor. Avoid them at all costs."
