"The initial install had some issues. I learned that the Edge browser which I used had issues with downloading this install file can corrupt the file. Additionally, there is an issue in loading Office on a new computer that has Office 360 preinstalled. Alex was very patient with me and quickly analyzed the problem and talked me through the various problems that arise when you try to install Office when Office 360 is already preinstalled. Together we uninstalled the just installed Office and preinstalled Office 360. Once completed the install went as expected. Thanks Alex for all the help. Office is working fine now. "
