When you ask to speak to the manager, they simply say it is on the phone (Manager's name is Wassef, "they are not allowed to give last names"). I was trying to make the programs I purchased (Parallels 10, and Windows 10) work for over 20 hours, and he told me in his own "ignorant" words, that he doubted it. I am trying to find another word to describe their lack of professionalism and customer service, but it is impossible. "I work for an MSP, consulting and advocating for small to medium sized businesses. Upon buying a license for a Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro through www.mychoicesoftware.com, we received an email with the key in plain text in the email. I attempted to activate it on a client's Laptop. After succeeding to upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro, the machine needed to be activated. I placed the activation key in and it failed. When it failed to activate, I contacted Microsoft directly. They looked up the license activation key and determined that the key had been blocked due to it being a pirated key.
www.mychoicesoftware.com sold an MSP, installing Windows 10 Pro on a Lawyer's laptop, a pirated software key.

"I purchased Window 10 pro edu upgrade from them. It took them over 24 hours to e mail me the product after the purchase. When I did receive the product activation code, the connection link that was listed on the e-mail was not the accurate one to download the product, and I had to search around different Microsoft website to download the product.
The product they sold as Window 10 professional education version says it is a Window 10 pro but it was not compatible with the network program I am trying to install and not any different than Window 10 Home. This purchase was a total waste of money for me and now I have to purchase a different Window 10 pro upgrade. They said it is not refundable once activated the program. They should have disclose that this version will not be compatible with certain program meant for Window 10 pro. I am very disappointed with this seller and will not use them again. "
