"Damn!!! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered my phone case. Got a new Samsung Galaxy S10 5 G and cases are hard to find, ESPECIALLY THE WALLET KIND. I placed my order on April 25th, the money came out of my acct the next day. I have yet to receive ANY INFO ON MY PURCHESE. I HAVE EMAILED AND EVEN CALLED THE NUMBER IN THE CONTACT US SECTION AND A VOICEMAIL PICKS UP WTH!!!!? TOTAL SCAM. I REALLY NEED MY WALLET CASE TO CARRY ALL OF MY CREDIT CARDS AND THINGS WITH ME ALL OF THE TIME. THIS REALLY ****. IN 2 DAYS IT WILL BE ONE WHOLE MONTH SINCE I ORDERED."

"Why is it that when I placed my order I received my confirmation and then no other communication? Then, my bank puts the money back into my account because the pending transaction took to long to process, yet this company still took that money out of my account? I emailed twice to cancel the order because I ordered different cases and now have to go through a bunch of red tape as well as lose money just because these idiots dont know how to respond to emails. Why even bother with "contact us" if you're never going to respond? Plus if my orders were all sold and shipped by this company why did i receive them all on different days, and why does it say shopify at the bottom of the page?? This is by far the worst online sales platform I have ever seen. I was unable to track my order and never once received updates or an email back from support. Plus the fact that I only have 14 days for a refund after purchase date what is that? I wouldn't have even got to see if your over priced merchandise was even worth it and, to be honest it wasn't. "I was skeptical after reading these negative reviews, I order 2 cases and they did ship my products.
Their web site needs to add PayPal and they need to improve on sending out shipment info.
It's very concerning to only receive an order confirmation # and no replies via email or phone BUT they did come through.

Filed dispute with credit card and still no response from company so thats big indication that this company is a Fraudulent company, scamming people during the pandemic because people cannot go to stores to get phone cases they have to order online, and this company claims to have great pricing. Great pricing only because you will never receive your item. Stay away from this company."
