"This company is in Hong Kong despite the deceptive phone number on their website. They sell knock off item and advertise items that they don't have in stock. I got a different earbud from the one I ordered. I was told I would get the correct earbud, and then I was told I needed to pay to send the wrong one that they sent me back to Hong Kong first. This would cost more than the cost of the original earbud. So this is their way of preventing customers from making complaints because of the cost of sending an item (due totally to their mistake) back to Hong Kong.

"This company is a bunch of complete scam artists. Did not get my whole order, i ordered in October. They will not reply to any phone calls, from myself or the BBB. They quickly take your money and run with it. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They should be shut down, with how many people they have scammed. I would not even give them 1 star. "Ordered a Zizo Atom Case for a Samsung Galaxy and received a cheap knock off made in China. No Zizo brand logo, buttons don't align with button holes - pathetic! Came in a box that was not an original Zizo box either. Lol. They won't process a return and even if they had, they make you pay for shipping to return their knock-off product they lied about and misrepresented to you. They even charge a 25% restocking fee. What a joke! These numbskulls are pure evil. I work as a CPA for the IRS. Going to have them audited. Terrible! Don't even think about doing business with them! Beware!"

The problem was when the order was received only the case that I ordered was in the package. I tried emailing their customer service eight times with no response. They claim they will get back with you within 24-48 hours. That sure didn't happen. I called their number; got a voicemail. I left a message but will probably never hear from them.
I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before I placed an order. I'm surprised I even got the phone case."

"This company are scam operators sending out fake and or counterfeit products. Be warned! Do not buy from them. I bought two 'iphone 6s Apple smart battery cases' - one for the wife and one for my Father. Father's was a different product altogether and not as advertised. Wife's was a very poor counterfeit copy of an Apple product. I read this review site shortly after ordering (silly me) and immediately tried to cancel both orders. Despite the website saying the product had not yet been 'sent for packing', they ignored my requests to cancel and shipped me the fakes. To add insult to injury the shipping time was over two weeks! AVOID."
