I ordered over a month ago and with my order I received a 4 week trial from less Mills on demand, the code I got from Myprotein does NOT work, i emailed Less Mills AND contacted Myprotein to get a working code, mistakes and errors happen.... Less Mills told me they DO NOT have 4 week trails and had NO idea Myprotein was offering that?????? weird right? Myprotein quest service kept saying they are looking in to this? how long van it take 4 weeks seems LONG now I saw you offer it again!! what kind of scam are you running? 4 weeks later I still did not receive a new code? an apology? a different offer? anything very disappointed"
"I've spent over $2,100.00 here in the last 3 years. Used to love these guys, but they seem to have gone down hill recently.
On my most recent order there was an issue with an 11lb bag of whey. Item was in stock when I ordered on March 9th but it took till the 16th to ship because it wasn't in stock. Also took me contacting 3 or 4 different agents to figure out what was going on and have a refund issued. Once I asked for the refund they agreed but instead shipped the item. There was no refund and I received the whey. Pretty slimy but at least I received my product I guess.
Now I'm still waiting the other part of the same order which was the bulk of the order and was shipped on March 13th. They used some weird shipping company called OSM who was able to get the package to my province(British Columbia) but unable to actually deliver it for whatever reason. It sat in my province for about a week then was shipped back to myprotein. They have received my package about two weeks ago but have failed to resend it or issue a refund or even contact me about it. I've contacted them 3 separate times about refunding those items that they failed to deliver, and each time an agent tells me it will be 3-5 days for a refund. Refund never happens. Every agent I speak with says something like "sorry, the previous agent was not authorised to issue a refund. I will request a refund for you now". It's April 15th and I have yet to receive a refund and resolve this issue. They still owe me $94.87.
Like I said, I've been a long time costumer, but I don't think I've ever received such poor customer service. I will never use them again.
Tl:dr: Be careful with myprotein, they're not what they used to be. Pretty sure quality has dropped too. They will list items as in stock when they are not and then your nightmare begins. Good luck. "
"There are no zero stars or else I would have happily given zero. The worst service I have received in my life. I placed an order on 27th December, 19 (Christmas Sale). I ordered natural vanilla 2 x 5.5lbs. The order processed and stated that it will be dispatched on 30th Dec. Today is 17th Jan still my order is in processing. I mailed them 3 times before just to know what is the problem. The replies I got were "Due to the high volume of orders they are still processing it". Today I lost my patience and asked them again what is happening with my order? The response I got was horrible. They said that the flavour(Natural Vanilla) that I ordered they have stopped manufacturing. What???. So I told them that I am ok with some other flavour please dispatch my order I already waited for more than 3 weeks. They said they can't do it either. Really Guys!!!!. They used my money for more than 3 weeks and now they say they won't send me my order. This is a total SCAM. They just use their customers money.

"I ordered a 5.5 lb package of Vegan Protein Blend (Chocolate Stevia) at an unbelievable price, as well as a 2.2 lb package of Creatine Ethyl Ester.
Immediately after completing my order, I realized I forgot to do a quick review search of the company, since it was my first time ordering. I panicked when I saw all the negative reviews on this website (though TrustPilot.com had good reviews, overall, for myprotein.com.
I immediately considered cancelling payment, but opted to wait a little longer, given that the midwest was experiencing a record-breaking arctic front.
Soooo happy my package came today, in excellent condition.
The "Vegan Protein Blend - 5.5lb - Chocolate Stevia", is good, though in general, I don't much like chocolate shakes. It still has a grainy, nutty flavor, which is what makes it more drinkable for me.
Haven't tried the Creatine Ethyl Ester yet, but I can't stress how happy I am with the pricing and prompt shipping.
Will definitely order again, real soon.

"I purchased a few clothing items and it said free tracking and that my order should arrive within 2 weeks. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive my order nor did they give me tracking. They claimed since it was coming from the UK there's no tracking. I asked why is it coming from the UK and not US since I'm in the US and they claim their US warehouse is out of my item.
Absolute horrid service and I will never buy from them again."
"Everything regarding returns/exchanges is a NIGHTMARE with this company. I order 2 pairs of leggings, a shirt, and shorts. I received the two pairs of leggings, they were too small, so I had to call to figure out how to make a return. Then, I had to pay $10 to ship back my returns to exchange the leggings for a larger size. I had to go out of my way to contact customer service to tell THEM that my order was back in their warehouse (why the customer has to do this, I don't know). So they got back to me and asked what I wanted to exchange...I told them. They then told me that one of the leggings were out of stock in my size, but would be in in a few weeks. I then asked if they would just ship them once they were in, or if I had to be responsible for checking the website everyday to see if they were in stock. The customer service agent informed me that they wouldn't just ship them once they were in, but I had to keep checking and then inform THEM once the leggings were in - reminding them to send them to me. This is ridiculous. Unless you know exactly what size you will be, I would NOT take the risk of ordering from them and potentially have to make an exchange. WORST return/exchange policy and service I have ever experienced. "

Requested a return number so I can return when it arrives, so called 24/7 customer service has not responded in 2 days, this site is complete bulls$$t, DO NOT order from them! Add to that labdoor rankings which havent been revised in forever and you got a successful business which doesnt give a **** about customers.

My order was placed on 12/17; its first movement moved the week-long delivery estimate back a full week further, for a distance usps and ups delivers in two days. That first movement was significantly west of their warehouse in Hebron, Ky -- I'm east of Ky -- and it hasn't moved in the four days since.
My first email to them was responded to with a request for my address --??????-- After emailing my address to them, I've had no further contact in five days, with two more inline emails from me.
They offer several USPS options, but they are all identically listed, without mentioning an intermediary let alone the one you "chose" by lottery -- in my case, newgistics, which is apparently hated web-wide. For good reason.
One extra pound of protein and 1/4 pack of cigarette money in your pocket are nice, but protein powder only works when you drink it. I'll try to squeeze out some aminos from the next pushed delivery estimate, but I'm not hopeful."
"I placed an order, canceled it within an hour before it was processed or shipped, which is allowed per their posted policy. (Canceled because I entered the wrong coupon code. Canceled and entered the order again) They billed me for both orders, the correct and canceled one, and shipped both out. Their website even confirmed that the cancellation was accepted.
When I received two boxes on the mail I realized what happened and I immediately requested a return. It took them 2 weeks and having to request it 3 separate times before they sent me a return label so I could send it back. And the kicker is it’s not a prepaid return, I have to pay for their error, and given the weight of the package it’s going to be pricy!!
I will never shop from them again, too bad because a repeat customer and fan of their products."
