I ordered a laptop from N1 Wireless, which I never, ever even received. They never even mailed it out!!! I contacted the Chamber of commerce, BBB and the New York Attorney General's office. they all followed up on my complaint with N1 Wireless; however, they never even replied to any one of the above institutions. How brazen these people are. they sent me many electronic emails that my money had been refunded but they never did that!!! This was in June, 2020; and, I still have not had any resolution of this matter."

As of today 4/9/2020 after two email inquiries, and a Cancel the order Return / Refund request, I haven't received a single response to any of them. USPS Tracking says the shipment was labeled and ready to go to the Post Office. That's it...

"No customer service at all! They don't answer nor can you leave a message; it just cuts off after a few rings. I have bought three phones from them, one phone the first time and the camera died; I had no warranty. Stupidly, I bought two more Phones; a replacement for me and another for my daughter and the quality was worse. Neither phones work right and the wasted money on buying a warranty was a joke! My current phone is a real piece of garbage and they won't respond to my request for my paid warranty information. They are crooks and make my blood boil! Steer clear and save yourself from major anxiety when you need to contact them. They won't be there!"

"I purchased an iPhone from them once before. No problem. That was 2 years ago. Purchased another just before XMas and paid for next-day FedEx delivery. They charged my card then never sent it. I emailed with no response. Called five times 5 days AFTER XMas. Still had not been sent. I emailed once again to inquire and then received a response that they simply cancelled my order! I emailed back and asked why. No response. I called 10 more times, but nobody is ever "available" to answer. Press any number (believe me, I tried them all), and one's call simply gets dropped. "It’s normal that the charger gets hot when the phone is charging. Due to the output current intensity and surrounding temperature. There is no need to worry about. Stay away from the hot source and put it somewhere cool. Try not to use the phone when charging".
Now this phone won't charge anymore. I sent another email to N1Wireless but no reply received.
I am regretting to this day why I bought a phone from a very Unprofessional company who doesn't have a customer service phone number. The number on their website is unreachable.
I will never buy anything from N1wireless again. "
