"If someone at N1-Wireless is reading this, please let me know how can I cancel this order as I'm a little skeptical about it being shipped.
I was very enthusiastic about buying the Blackberry 8820 from your site after reading the reviews here and the price offered, but so far, I don't know where am I heading.
In numerous calls, emails, etc are unanswered. No option to cancel the order when we want to.
I have nothing against the site or someone, all I want is to get a confirmation of whether I will get my buy else how can I cancel this order.

"This company uses a form of fraud. Checked UPS on check out at $13.00 only to have item send USPS first class. Small difference in 1st class mail at $1.68 per USPS site and $13.00 which I was charged. After reading other forum's on N1 and hearing how some were sold USED I have to wonder would have I received used if I had gone with the cheap shipping. Email customer service three time point this out only to have them email me back and say call, I called but no one home.
I did receive the order as NEW but shipping was way out of hand and their lack of CS leaves a lot to be desired."
