"I have been in the service industry for quite a few years and I love providing exceptional service to my clients. I must say that my brief conversation with NCIX's Customer Care associate, Katie S, told me volumes about her. She put me to ease when I was panicked about a potentially lost, and expensive, package. I must say that we need more people in our industry such as herself. She is a stellar associate and I hope that her supervisor appreciates her work. I will be telling my new hires of this interaction as an example of how to handle a call.

"best guy ever! calm relaxed informative and amazing! what a pleasure doing business!!! Johnathan Heart is a keeper!!! Usually I'm a bit grouchy after long holds, but this guy made it worth the wait! "I purchased the vast majority of parts I needed to build my new computer from NCIX back in November. I would have purchased all of it from NCIX because of their prices, but it was clear from the start that some of the product just wasn't in stock. When I made my order online, it was late and I wasn't thinking straight. I called a day later to change some items out for different ones, and received excellent service and helpful advice.

Later, I received a call and was told that a couple of the items I ordered were out of stock. I was very glad they called and didn't send an email to be lost in the fray, as this allowed me to quickly find it elsewhere. This contact to was extremely courteous and professional, and the rep was very apologetic. I don't expect people to grovel before the customer, but they actually seemed like they cared about my business and this was super refreshing.

Specifically, my dealings with Jonathan Hart and Katie Schwartzman were extremely positive.

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would:

I ordered a monitor on Christmas Eve and the price wasn't adjusted for the sale. No big deal, I figured I'd send in an email to Customer Care and hear back next week. I heard back within 10 minutes from Zane A. in Customer Care and received an updated invoice as well! I can only imagine how busy they are during the holidays and to get a response that quickly was mind blowing. I've always liked and shopped at NCIX but I can't think of any other site with as fast of a turnaround time as that, especially with the holidays in mind.

"I am writing to tell you that I have just ordered from NCIX for the first time. I was blown away by the customer service that Jon gave me in the online chat.

I quite often use the NCIX youtube channel for reviews and advice before buying products. But I rarely buy from NCIX because there is not a location in Calgary Alberta, where I live. This is a great market full of computer enthusiasts that have very few places to buy products.

Please consider opening an store in Calgary Alberta.

"I am very satisfied with the build quality, cable management, and service i received for my gaming pc build. pc advisor Leadthaniel was very helpful! and Kathryn Schwartzman was also very helpful in following up with me regarding a concern i had about a backorder.

the 1 star loss is for long wait times on phone, and chat service being down for the pc advisor during my build process. just made it harder to get information to the pc advisor in a timely fashion. i do understand this is most likely due to being extremely busy this time of year. thanks again for the otherwise great service!

"NCIX was recommended to me by a friend. I am totally impressed by the service I have been given. I ordered a custom system and ordered parts for it that showed were in stock. But it being the black friday weekend when it came time to assemble my system some of the parts were backordered. I promptly received an email informing me of this and the wait times for the parts. They even offered alternatives if i didnt want to wait for my parts. I waited the appropriate time for my parts to come in and fired off an email to see if they were in. What transpired next was what really impressed me and made me feel that I made the right decision to order from NCIX. I received an email back on my parts inquiry informing me that the parts were in and my system was assembled but there was an issue. The tech felt that my cpu cooler wasnt performing properly. I emailed back and said that the tech could put in a better model CPU cooler and i would pay the difference promptly. I received another email, same day i might add that they gave me a much better CPU cooler than the one I had chosen and................... There was no charge, they felt it only fair to give it to me at no extra cost for me having to wait for my parts. Way to go NCIX, most companies would have charged me seeing as i had already offered to pay the difference. Its for this reason that I will definately be a returning customer, and will be recommending NCIX to everyone I know. Thanks NCIX for the amazing service you have given me"

"Excellent online and over-the-phone customer service. Brad B, a customer care rep in Richmond, BC, not only helped me add a few last minute items to my order after I had already submitted it, he gave me a fantastic discount on them. What could have taken days for someone to read my request form and add items to my order was accomplished immediately after we spoke on the phone and for a better price than was listed. This type of customer service in the pre-Christmas shopping chaos is nothing short of admirable. All companies should strive for this level of excellence. I will never shop anywhere other than NCIX for anything computer related. "

"Good prices over all. Got a gtx 970 for $410 and corsair k70 keyboard for $110. Shipping out of the warehouse or distribution center is bad though. I wanted my order within 3 days so I paid like an extra $10+ for 2 day shipping. I was hoping ncix would ship the order within the day or the following day like Newegg or amazon but they did not. It took 5 days for my order to ship out and the shipping company on top of that took 5 days as well. Just ordered a keyboard and has been stuck on credit card verification for 3 days even though they successfully billed the credit card. So if you are in a rush it seems to take a decent amount of time to arrive but they have a very nice website layout and it seems to have only a few minor errors. Never had to return a item so I can not vouch for rma but I have heard good things about returning. "

"3 of the parts I had were out of stock and my CPU/Motherboard were not compatible. I started a chat to fix the issue, and it was solved within 15 minutes. The NCIX Support Leadthaniel helped me pick out a new Motherboard that would be compatible, New RAM cards and took an external Optical drive, that I did not realize was external, off of my order. The service was AMAZING. I am DEFINITELY ordering from NCIX again whenever I need anything for my PC. I can honestly say this was the best Customer Support I have ever had."
