"Buying my PC from NCIX was the best decision I could have made. They were prompt with keeping me up to date on my order - letting me know where in the process they were, that all my chosen parts were compatible etc. - and just made things very smooth. I found they had competitively priced parts for everything I wanted, and I loved that they offered a further stage of assembly involving burn-in testing which I took advantage of because frankly I'd no idea what I was doing assembling it myself. On top of all that, the cost of shipping was crazy cheap (it cost me less than $30 have it shipped from BC to Ontario in only 5 days via Purolator).

Their customer service is fantastic too, they promptly reply to e-mails (less than 20 minutes between my sending an e-mail and their replies) and really helped me out when I was having issues with the physical installation of my GPU. I heartily recommend purchasing either parts or a whole build from NCIX to anybody!"

"My initial inquiry was simply regarding the status of a purchased product and how to track its shipment. However the conversation got side tracked when the rep, made a comment on one of the products I purchased, in that he used the same thing, and thus began to "geek out" over certain aspects of a keyboard I just purchased, though it may seem strange, something as simple as a keyboard is of great consequence and an ongoing debate among gamers. My last dealing was with PC advisor Leadthaniel. He promptly assisted me in selecting a very similar specced motherboard (the one I ordered was on back-order) in order for me to get my newly built PC sooner. Within 2 days of telling him to change my order I received an email stating that my computer was ready to be picked up.
