Incredible customer support post purchase. Very timely and polite help. The most recent NCIX rep, Brad helped me when the Graphic Card promotion changed a day or two after I placed my order. He was very courteous with honouring the new offer. In terms with technical support they were re-assuring and fixed my problem and offered me an instore solution and RMA if need be. Also I hate to mention price but they were the lowest price for the same product I could find on the internet and they usually are the lowest if not one of the lowest for other things too.
Overall fantastic experience and I will visiting them again. I recommend you do so as well."

"Excellent service and care for customers. I ordered parts from them and the PC Assembly service. I was contacted via email saying that a part I had ordered was not in stock, I used the live chat system to talk to Leadthaniel (if I can say names) who was very helpful and had great knowledge of products. He had found another part for me that they had in stock, of the same type but different brand. I had also talked future plans with my build and ended up changing my power unit to allow for adding an additional graphics processor (card) in the future. He could have just pushed a part on me and went on but, he didn't he took the time to help me get my PC just the way I wanted it to be. Just for the service alone I would come back to NCIX! "I had ordered some new ram for my laptop. Unfortunately the product I selected and received did not support my HP. I called NCIX to see what my problem might be and the tech helped to identify that I had ordered non compatibles ram. He gave me an RMS to return the ram. I sent it & they credited by credit card (minus a restocking fee) within 10 days. NCIX (Darrel) provided very good service given that all my issues were based on my ordering error. In hind site I probably should have called to ask some questions first."
