"Takes them a few days to ship things, and often you can find prices that are a bit lower but I've always had good experiences with the staff. The price protection process is good to have, but streamlining it would make it even better. I was also surprised when my price protection was rejected because it was "below cost" when other companies, e.g. newegg, tiger direct, etc., had it for the price I requested from ncix. Also, I had to cancel my order and resubmit making it take an extra day because adding to my order while requesting price protection isn't allowed. It would be nice if phone reps could add price protection for customers.
I absolutely love all the shipping options ncix offers, but better explanations of the times/which method of shipping is faster would be awesome. Giang tran was a great rep, very friendly and knowledgeable would definitely recommend him to any customer considering pc parts or advice. Give Giang a pat on the back (and a raise). Overall, a good experience and hopefully it will be an excellent experience next time. Keep up the good work. "

"I called NCIX because I had an issue with my credit card being processed for an internet order. I had submitted a ticket online but after 3 days I was not getting a response, which forced me to call. I was quite annoyed with the lack of response to my ticket at first, but the NCIX service representative Giang Tang was able to sort things out very quickly. He was friendly and was able to explain everything that had happened, and he even offered to upgrade the power supply I had ordered do to it no longer being in-stock. I am very pleased with the service I was provided and will definitely be shopping at NCIX again."
