"I ordered my PC on January 26 and they shipped it out on 29 February it took a long time because parts weren't in which was not their fault it was the other companies fault they were very responsive to emails. if you ever need to know something you would call the support number and they would answer you and if they didn have the answer they would call you back which was very nice and the only thing I did not like was that they wouldn't build the $1682.00 computer because they were worried about $22 they wouldn't start assembling it because I didn't give them the full payment. They refunded me because they didn't have the part in and they didn think they would have it in time but in the end they would put it in. In conclusion I would order again just because they have good customer service and I know they could have maybe done something about how long it was taking maybe pay you for faster shipping because I had to wait so long.
