"Just wanted to say my experiance with NCIX was amazing. I had bought a car amp and it was defecive. I left a message on a Saturday and was contacted first thing monday morning by Erick Chmara. I was given a rma# with pre paid shiping for canada post to ship back back the amp to NCIX. I needed a amp cross shiped and a different meens of shiping as I work during canada posts hrs. Erick Chmara set this up for me no problem and i had the new amp in my hands in two days from B.C TO ON. My new amp works great and exchainging was a breze.

"I've ordered many parts from NCIX over the years and have had two problems. Both were RMA'ing the same AIO Water Cooler, it initially arrived DOA and I had to send it back to NCIX for an exchange however they made me pay the shipping back to NCIX, which while written in their fine print while ordering, still seems kind of scummy to me. They gave me free shipping on my next order to make up for that.
The second time the AIO pump died (6 months later), I dealt with Erick in Technical Support instead, he did great and this time I did get free shipping. I'll try to update this review once the process is completely over."

"Monitor would turn on and off every now and then. Up to a point where it wouldn't send a signal through the analog output. After RMAing the monitor, I decided to get it exchanged for a better model. Everything was done in 30 minutes.
