They only have one customer service rep, who is "at lunch" so I'm getting a voicemail.
Hung up on me after putting me on hold for 30mins.
The Firewire/USB 2.0 card they sold me was a highly known defective unit after a google search, which crashed my Windows XP so bad I had to reformat twice. It didn't help that they shipped the card with ZERO packing material.
Do not order from them!

I called several times and never got a human voice until today, I left voice mails with my phone number and no reply. Today I called about my order, but I was too early for sales department office hours. Then I decided to look at my credit card statement and I see that my order had been refunded. The order was cancelled later that day.
NT-MICRO debited my credit card on 11/11/05 for the amount of the cancelled order. Phone calls to them were made on 11/19/05, and 11/21/05 regarding the error and a demand for the refund. As of this date, they have ignored my calls and have yet to refund the amount. It takes 2 days to charge your account but they cannot refund it in 10 days? I'm not impatient, just fed up with their BS and will contest their original debit with my bank.
Very dis-satisfied with the poor (no) service.
It's now 2006 and still no refund for cancelled order. Complaint filed with CA. Attorney General.

"NOT IMPRESSED SO FAR:
10 days and counting & 4 emails through their web interface. Not one response yet beyond the auto-confirmation where they instantaniously charged my credit card without shipping me anything. Web site order is registering 'pending' and 'in-process' depending where you look. PLEASE COMMUNICATE if there is a 2 week backorder, communicate that, charging and not communicating is messing with peoples money and at the very least drives away potential repeat customers.
The following text makes me ill. On the email where they charge my credit card they say:

Their web site says nothing regarding items being on back order, indeed my only hint is the non-response and numerous other messages here. Your email address is required with a promise of shipping info - have not seen that yet. :-/

"Overall a very good experience. I usually hesitate to buy at a place for the first time, but they had the best price by far plus free FedEx shipping. My only complaint (and it's a very minor one) is that it took almost a week to ship, but of course once it shipped it arrived in just a couple of days. The item was listed on their web site as “in stock”, but it was not.
Called them to cancel the order. They did. A couple of days later the merchandise shows up at my door via UPS, but a wrong model. In order to clear this issue called them at least 10 times. Customer service at NTMicro does not exist: you call during the business hours – no one is there. When you actually get to talk to somebody nothing gets done, so in a week you have to call again and talk (if you are lucky) to a different person who has no clue what was done previously with your issue… I did get my refund after over a month of BS with them.
Good advice: STAY AWAY!

"Ordered a herd of mice. Upon ordering, I realized that their system had mixed up my shipping (street) address and billing (PO Box) address. I immediately tried to call them and rectify the situation, so my order didn't try to go to a PO Box (which it can't). Every extension, all I got was voice mail. I left several messages, none of which were returned. I also emailed sales@ to try and straighten it out. Finally, 5 days later, I got a call from a guy who was completely oblivious to my previous contact attempts. I gave him the correct information, and he said it would go out right away. Well, here we are, 14 days after the original order, and I don't even have a tracking number. Can't even get into voicemail hell because their number is busy.
Updated 4/26 - Finally got ahold of someone by going through 'Government and Education' sales. Yeah, somehow I figured they would answer there. Anyway, after finally getting a person, they advised that my order had been cancelled 2 days ago, because they didn't have the products I ordered. Nice.. I contacted my CC company and charged back the amount, and then cancelled the credit card, just in case they try anything hokey. NEVER order from these people. They are obviously a scam operation.
Updated 5/2 - After cancelling my credit card and having another issued, I received an email from " Marta Subandi ", stating the following:

The email is in very broken english.
The email is coming from a Yahoo! email address.
This sounds awfully phishy to me. So, to mitigate the risk of any sort of fraud, I will offer you two options for issuing my refund:
1. Check - You can send a check by US Mail to the billing address you have on file. It should be P.O. Box B, Las Vegas, NV 89125. I would suggest you send it via a method that tracks such things, as I don't want to hear any excuses about it being lost in the mail.
2. Paypal - You can issue a refund for the full amount by paypal to:
This will protect both parties.

"Ordered the item on March 26th. Got the order confirmation. As far as I can tell, the item never shipped, and as for an email I sent to them requesting the tracking number or a refund, neither has happened.
UPDATE: Got refund on Apr 08, no contact explaining why they haven't shipped the item or anything. Do not shop with this company, they will not notify you if they don't have the item in stock."
"Ordered the part on 3/6/05. By 3/09/05 no charge for the part was billed to me. I needed the part for a friend's system I was to work on in another state & I was leaving for his place on 3/11/05 & would not be back for a week. I sent an email to NT-Micro telling them of this & that I was placing a cancel for the order from them thru my bank as I had ordered the part from another local vendor & had already received it as of 3/10/05 when it became apparent NT-Micro was going to fail in getting the part to me in a timely fashion. I live in the same state where NT-Micro is located btw, & have gotten UPS ground deliveries from other vendors in this state in 2 days. In fact the vendor I got the part from is in this state & got it to me by 3/10 & I ordered it from them on 3/8 when I saw no billing from NT-Micro for the part I ordered online. Ultimately I sent NT-Micro 2 emails, one inquiring as to status, the other for cancellation of order & I got no reply back from them for either email, in fact they sent me no reply confirming the initial order, nothing about shipping, there was no communication from them at all with regards to the order I placed. I came back a week after being out of state at my friend's home & there was a package that had been delivered that turned out to be from NT-Micro along with a charge on my bank card. Turns out they used another billing service to charge my credit card after I sent the email to them announcing I wanted to cancel the order & had told my bank to disallow a charge from them. That's how they got around the hold I placed on any charges from them thru my bank card. Now that's customer service from hell. Avoid these guys like the plague, make them go out of business & back to where ever they came from."

Product doesn't ship when told it will, customer services (if you can call it that) either doesn't answer phone or blatently lies to you, product is shipped and account is charged even after the order is cancelled and email telling you that it is shipped is received 6 days after package is shipped and delivered! Hello !! I am live in CT not CO !!!
On 4th talk to the CS from FedEx after 4 calls, (I been calling around the world try to find my package). As they told, It seems there were some error in their Address System . It would take 5-10 days ship my package back from CO…. I asked FedEx to change my package as 2 or 3 days by Air, but they refused, said the Ground shipment package is in different system than Air shipment.
Called NT-Micro on 7th asked for help, they shipped a new package to me as Next Day Air (no charge at all) finally got my NEW DVDRW on 8th . THANKS.. Very Friendly Service !
I will refuse the original package as I promised !! :)
(ps. If FedEx can’t provide good service, why don’t you jump to UPS, I never had problem with them)
